In early March, Expo West 2020 was canceled due to COVID-19. Expo West is the world’s largest natural, organic, and healthy products trade show. The annual show provides opportunities to brokers, retailers, brand owners, and others interested in the industry to connect in-person. This was the first time in 40 years the historic Anaheim, CA show did not take place. With the show cancellation, exhibiting brands missed an opportunity to debut new products at the trade show, as originally planned.

The new FitJoy Foods products are the first grain-free peanut butter filled pretzel nuggets. The product’s three main ingredients are organic certified peanut butter, cassava flour, and chickpea flour. They are also gluten-free, grain-free, corn-free, soy-free, dairy-free, kosher certified, plant-based, non-GMO project verified, and contains no artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners.
